Block House will present the second group exhibition of artists/photographers Aiki + Kabo.

This exhibition, organized by Aiki + Kabo and featuring several other artists, focuses on the theme of “intersections” between people.

Everyone, including Aiki+ Kabo, presses the shutter to capture the value of the present moment. If you ask them why they take photos, you may receive simple answers like “I just feel like it” or “Why not?” However, such responses may reflect their honesty and vulnerability.

Aiki and Kabo engage with people from diverse backgrounds and with differing worldviews. This exhibition is simply a result of individuals living their everyday lives step by step, their stories coming together in the form of photographs.

In their last exhibition in March 2025, Aiki and Kabo were inspired by the many conversations that took place in the space, which influenced their ongoing work. This time, they want to take that experience further. In addition to the exhibition, they plan to hold regular discussion sessions throughout the week—creating a space to talk openly about social issues, everyday questions, personal concerns, and more.
